握手 is the 职业中心's career management software connecting 学生, 校友, and employers to employment events and job postings. This online service provides access to:

• Schedule virtual and in-person career coaching appointments
• Review thousands of job postings
• View on-campus employer interviews
• Register for Career Fairs
• 访问 职业中心 workshops and resources.  

**New Indiana State University 学生** will automatically gain access to 握手 once the semester officially starts. Any requests for early access will not be permitted.

Indiana State University is one of over 1,400 colleges and universities across the United States that uses 握手 as their talent and recruitment management system.

握手 is a user-friendly system that neatly organizes information on employers, 学生, 工作, 招聘活动, with search and reporting features that can streamline the work you do to find top candidates.  All Sycamores receive a 握手 account and have access through their 校友 status.

How do I know if my company is already on 握手?

You will use your company-issued email address to register. 握手 uses email domains to search for similar companies with the same email domain. 如果有匹配的话, you will be given the option to join the company that is already in 握手 or, if that isn’t your company, 创建一个新帐户.

How long after I create an account can I begin posting my 工作?

Once your account has been verified by the account owner, you will be able to post your 工作. This is usually within a matter of minutes.
